FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optics and concerns a method for producing an optical sensor with a plasmon structure for obtaining permitted spectra of the drug methotrexate in human plasma. Method involves chemical production of an island film of silver nanoparticles. For this purpose, a hydrosol of silver nanoparticles with size of up to 80 nm in amount of 2 ml is chemically deposited on chemically cleaned quartz glass of the “КУ-1” brand with size of 3 by 4 cm and then dried at room temperature for 2 hours.
EFFECT: simple design and enabling determination of the drug methotrexate in concentration of about 10-10 mol/l in human blood plasma.
