SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is intended to reduce concentration of lipopolysaccharides on medical devices and in fluids, which are intended for contact with human body or stay inside human body. For this purpose, a suspension of calcium stearate is added to a solution containing one or more endotoxins in the detected concentrations. Group of inventions also relates to a method of treating medical devices and tissue surface of a mammal by bringing them into contact with a suspension of calcium stearate in water or non-aqueous solvents.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides simple and effective removal of lipopolysaccharides from various solutions, including biological preparations, as well as from different surfaces.
