SUBSTANCE: disclosed is an insulating system for an electrical machine with rated voltage greater than / equal to 1 kV, obtained by vacuum-pressure impregnation of a solid insulating material, anhydride-free impregnating resin, which is an epoxy resin having oxirane functional groups, where a solid-state insulating material is provided with a deposited accelerator, selected from a group: tertiary amines, quaternary onium salts and/or zinc naphthenate, and which initiates curing said impregnation resin where it is in contact with said delayed accelerator, and for remaining areas of said impregnating resin for surface initiation of hardening, gaseous catalyst containing alkyl-imidazole is provided. Also disclosed is use of insulation system, which is described above, to obtain insulation for electrical machine, coil and/or system of conductors; disclosed is an electrical machine, a coil or a system of conductors with an insulating system comprising an insulating system as described above.
EFFECT: technical result is the possibility of making available for the anhydride-free impregnating resin acid not only the suspended accelerator, but also an additional curing catalyst, without directly interfering with the impregnating resin, which enables to achieve sufficient hardening of the impregnation resin on the surface and in the near-surface zones without adversely affecting stability during storage of the impregnating resin.
