EFFECT: due to present invention it became possible for the first time to create suitable for usual methods of impregnation band-pass adhesive for insulation system containing solid insulating material, as mica, without anhydrides impregnating resin and an accelerator for anhydrite-free impregnating resin, the properties of a strip adhesive, such as the reactivity of an accelerator or a curing catalyst in an anhydride-free impregnating resin, are set in terms of storage stability of the system as a whole.
