FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for cell preservation. For in vitro or ex vivo preservation of animal cells, preferably human, stage of holding the above cells with moderate hypothermia in a hypoxic and/or hypercapnic environment for 12 to 72 hours to their preservation with deep hypothermia.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase cell survival and ability to proliferation.
