FIELD: measuring equipment; image forming apparatus.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a direct conversion detector. Radiation detector has a plurality of detector modules arranged nearby each other. Each detector module comprises a sensor layer, a first electrode deposited on the first surface of the sensor layer, facing the incident radiation, second electrode deposited on second surface of sensor layer, opposite to first surface, reading electronics in electrical contact with second electrode, and carrier for carrying sensory layer and reading electronics. Radiation detector further comprises an electrically conductive conductivity layer and an anti-scatter arrangement, which are located one above the other and cover a plurality of detector modules on the side facing the incident radiation.
EFFECT: technical result is simplification of design to simplify distribution of required high voltage across multiple detector modules.
