SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. The invention is a set of oligonucleotides for the analysis of bovine leukemia provirus by real-time polymerase chain reaction, it includes three forward primers: env_5400_F ttc-cct-ctg-tca-gat-cat-gg; env_5442_F cac-ggg-cct-tcc-cag-a; env F aag-ggc-ggc-gcc-ggt-tt, one reverse primer env_5620_R gga-agg-gtg-gtg-cca-tc and two TagMan fluorescent degradable probes: env_5441 (ROX) ct-acg-ggc-ctt-ccc -ag (RTQ2); env_5549 (FAM) ct-ccc-gga-cgc-cca-aa (RTQ1), which allows the quantitative determination of the BLV provirus with increased sensitivity and high specificity.
EFFECT: proposed set of oligonucleotides increases sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the quantitative determination of the BLV provirus by RT-PCR.
