FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to electrical engineering and power electronics, in particular to static electric converters of AC voltage to DC voltage and can be used in secondary power sources. Purpose of the invention is expansion of functional capabilities and ability of single-phase voltage rectifier both to increase and to reduce voltage at its output relative to voltage determined by uncontrolled single-phase full-wave rectifier. Delivered targets are achieved by the fact that the single-phase voltage rectifier circuit contains the minimum number of semiconductor elements: two transistors, a diode and a thyristor, current and voltage and communication sensors, which enable to realize a controlled single-phase voltage rectifier capable of adjusting the output voltage from zero to the voltage level above the voltage level determined by the uncontrolled single-phase voltage rectifier.
EFFECT: technical result of the proposal consists in improvement of efficiency and reliability of its operation, reduction of weight, dimensions and cost, as well as improvement of functional capabilities of single-phase voltage rectifier.
