FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: choke and charging-breaking circuit consisting of a transistor, two diodes, a brake resistor and auxiliary contact of the contactor are added to the circuit of an electric converter. New elements and links between them allow combining and implementing charging functions of a storage capacitor and breaking circuit with the same elements of the electric converter. At that limitation and stabilization of charging current and control of breaking current are arranged using the fully controllable key element - transistor of the charging-breaking circuit.
EFFECT: improved energy efficiency, reduced setup time, improved reliability, improved performance.
