SUBSTANCE: invention refers to preventive dentistry. Method for assessing the effectiveness of preventive remineralizing Ca-P-containing agents on a gel base, comprising estimating the content of calcium and phosphate ions in an internal solution, according to which canines of freshly killed pigs with the removed pulp are taken, in the cavity of the tooth is introduced an internal solution - 0.9 NaCl, the prepared teeth are placed with a crown part in a cuvette with an electrode of negative polarity fixed on its bottom and filled with the analysed remineralizing Ca-P solution containing agents on a gel base, a second electrode of positive polarity is immersed into a pulp chamber of the tooth and a current source is switched on, at equal time intervals the value of the electric potential is recorded, after the measurements the solution from the pulp chamber is analysed, determining pH of the solution, active concentration of calcium and phosphate ions; said parameters are evaluated in points: where 1 point is not effective if pH in internal solution is less than 7.0, calcium and phosphate ions are 0 mmol/l; 2 points - agent is low-effective, if pH in internal solution is from 7.0 and higher, calcium ions from 0.01 to 0.1 mmol/l, phosphate from 0.01 to 0.2 mmol/l; 3 points - agent is effective, if pH in internal solution is from 7.0 and higher, calcium ions from 0.11 to 0.3 mmol/l, phosphate from 0.21 to 0.45 mmol/l; 4 points - agent is highly effective, if pH in internal solution is from 7.0 and higher, calcium ions are from 0.31 mmol/l and higher, phosphate is from 0.46 mmol/l and higher.

EFFECT: invention provides assessing the effectiveness of preventive agents.
