FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a multi-chamber bioreactor for growing tissue-engineered structures. Bioreactor comprises bed with motor and chamber. Chamber consists of a vessel with transparent walls and tight covers on both sides, the first of which contains through holes for passage of tubes of inflow and outflow of liquids. On shaft of electric motor drum is fixed, in which several chambers of bioreactor are located, and tight covers of chambers are rigidly connected to each other by means of eccentric tube of internal outflow and having end hole of external inflow pipe. In the zone of the central opening of the first cover, from the outer side, a fixing part is fixed on the external side, which seals the movable connection of the inner inflow pipe and the first cover. Second cover has communicating and blind holes for fixation of tubes, including central outflow tube. One end of the specimen is attached to the tube of internal influx, and the second end of the sample is attached to the central tube of the outflow.
EFFECT: invention provides expansion of technological capabilities and increased convenience of maintenance of bioreactor.
