FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a multi-chamber bioreactor chamber for growing textile engineering structures. Chamber consists of a vessel with transparent walls and sealed covers on both sides. Front cover has through holes for passage of tubes of inflow and outflow of liquids, and back cover has communicating blind holes for attachment of tubes. Front and back covers are rigidly interconnected by an eccentric pipe of internal outflow and having an external hole by the tube of external inflow. In the area of the central hole of the front cover, a fixing part is fixed on the outer side of the sealing movable connection of the inner inflow tube and the front cover. One end of the specimen is attached to the tube of the internal inflow, and the second end of the sample is attached to the central tube of outflow.
EFFECT: invention simplifies the process of changing and fixing samples, as well as reducing the risk of their damage.
