FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Disclosed is a bioreactor for growing tissue engineering structures in vivo. Bioreactor comprises a container with transparent walls, an excess pressure release valve, a culture nutrient medium discharge tube, pneumoacoustic nozzles. In the wall of the reservoir there is a hole with a fastening element in the form of a detachable collar on a fixed threaded connection for entry and retention of a segment of a limb or part of a tail of a live individual with a fixed textile engineering structure. In walls of vessel there are unions for top and bottom points for supply and extraction of cultural nutrient medium, and in upper wall there is a hole with sealed cover. At that, pneumoacoustic nozzles are made detachable with variable angle of flare opening, are arranged on walls of container above and under segment of extremity or part of tail of live individual, and detachable heat-insulation jacket is installed outside on container.
EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of growing and integration of tissue engineering structures in the recipient's body, as well as formation of biocontractive tissues directly on the wound surface and completion of lost parts of organs of complex shape in in vivo conditions.
