FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Disclosed is a device for culturing cells of mammals on fabric engineering structures. Device includes housing with cover and liquid crystal display, as well as bioreactor and tubes for circulation of nutrient medium. Inside the housing there is a peristaltic pump connected to microprocessor and tubes for circulation of nutrient medium. Microprocessor is connected by a liquid crystal display, a switch, a USB output and a solenoid valve located on the portion of the carbon dioxide inlet tube inside the housing. Carbon dioxide inlet tube connects the housing to the bioreactor chamber, the chamber has a carbon dioxide concentration sensor connected to the microprocessor, and the USB output is configured to be connected to both a computer and an electrical power supply.
EFFECT: invention provides cultivation of cells of mammals in conditions of 3D-model, close to physiological, with possibility of observation of behaviour of cell culture on fabric engineering structure.
