FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental biology and medicine. A tissue-engineered bioreactor comprises a container with transparent walls and a pressure cap. A container shell comprises a biomatrix fastened by pins fixed in the shell. Above and below the biomatrix, pneumoacoustic atomizers are placed on the container walls. The atomizers have a torch flare of 180° and feed a sterile air-water mixture containing carbon dioxide up to 5% of temperature 36.6 °C. The container shell accommodates a pressure release valve and a nutrient medium bypass.
EFFECT: invention provides the more effective growth in vitrum of bioartificial shaped organs and parts thereof.
