FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the various materials crushing devices and may be used in production of construction materials and other industries. Disintegrator comprises cylindrical housing 1 with axial 2 loading and tangential 3 unloading devices. Disks 4 and 5 with rows of impact elements 6 and 7, respectively, each of which is located between rows of striking elements of the opposite disc, are arranged in cylindrical housing 1 with the possibility of counter rotation. To inner surfaces of impact elements 6 of upper disc 4 horizontal ring 8 is rigidly fixed, on periphery of lower surface of which conical ring 9 is rigidly attached by large base. Vertical shaft 10 is rigidly fixed on lower disc 5 and passes with process clearance through hole in center of horizontal ring 8. In upper and lower parts of vertical shaft 10 are rigidly fixed upper 11 and lower 12 spreading blades, symmetrically arranged in plan. In horizontal ring 8 between ends of upper spreading blades 11 and impact elements 6 of inner row along concentric circle there are through holes 13 with diameter D, where D is maximum size of particles of initial material. Between the upper spreading blades 11 and horizontal ring 8 there is a process gap. Radius of lower spreading blades 12 is equal to radius of smaller base of conical ring 9.
EFFECT: disintegrator increases efficiency of the grinding process and productivity of the finished product due to increased number of collisions of particles.
