SUBSTANCE: invention relates to article (1) for protection from incontinence in males, comprising fluid-impermeable rear sheet (2), a fluid-permeable upper sheet (3) and absorbent body (4) disposed between said rear sheet (2) and said upper sheet (3), wherein said upper sheet (3) faces the user when wearing the article for protection from incontinence (1) by said user, wherein said article for protection (1) has a longitudinal extension along longitudinal axis (Y1) and a transverse length along transverse axis (X1), wherein said transverse axis (X1) divides said article for protection (1) into upper zone (5) and lower zone (6), wherein said upper zone (5) has a greater maximum length along the transverse axis (X1) than the maximum extent of lower region (6) along said transverse axis (X1). Besides, said absorbent body (4) comprises main core (4') and additional core (4'') arranged in stacked configuration, wherein said main core (4') has an area in the XY plane which is larger than the area of said additional core (4"), and wherein additional core (4") is formed with lateral edges (28, 29), which are at least partially substantially parallel to said longitudinal axis (Y1).
