SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgical stapling and cutting tools and cassettes with staples intended for use with them, an internal row of staples, an intermediate row of staples and an outer row of staples. Cartridge with surgical staples for use with a circular stapling instrument comprises a cartridge body, a staple cavity and a staple. Staple cavities are formed in cassette body. Staples are stored with possibility of extraction inside staples cavities. Inner row of staples comprises first staples. Each first bracket contains first base of bracket, which forms first width of bracket base between first and second legs of first bracket. Intermediate row of staples is arranged radially outside relative to inner row of staples. Intermediate row of brackets comprises second brackets. Each second bracket comprises a second base of the bracket forming a second width of the base of the bracket between the first and second legs of the second bracket. Outer row of staples is located radially outside relative to intermediate row of staples. Outer row of staples comprises third staples. Each third bracket contains the third base of the bracket, which forms the third width of the bracket base between the first and the second legs of the third bracket. One of bracket base first width, second width of bracket base and third width of bracket base differs from other of first width of bracket base, second width of bracket base and third width of bracket base. Inner row of staples is configured to form first gaps between first staples. Second brackets of the intermediate row of brackets overlap the first gaps. Third staples of external row of staples are configured to cover first gaps.

EFFECT: use of the invention provides for radial flexibility and/or expansion of the structure.
