FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a microfluid system, a container and a method for transporting lyophilized chemicals. Microfluid system comprises cartridge with microfluid channels and having first and smaller than first second opening container for insertion into cartridge opening, so that the container is fluidly communicated with the micro-fluid channel through the second opening. Container comprises first cover to close first opening and second removable cover to close second opening. First cover comprises upper part and lower part, as well as a first protruding structure passing around outer circumference of upper part of lower part of cover and extending around outer surface of bottom section of lower part of cover between slot-like openings second protruding structure, where slotted holes coincide with circle of lower section and cross it, forming gaps in second protruding structure. Method comprises providing a container, introducing a sample into a container through a first hole, installing a first cover over a first hole with a support on the protruding structure, sample lyophilization in container and application of force to first cover for first hole compaction.

EFFECT: invention ensures safe and reliable transportation of lyophilized chemicals from the place of their lyophilization into a microfluidic device.
