FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to surgical instruments. Surgical stapling device comprises a body, a trunk assembly, an end effector and a cassette with staples. Barrel assy extends distally from the body. End effector comprises an anvil and a lower branch. Anvil is configured to turn to the lower jaw for tissue clamping. Staple cartridge is connected to the lower branch. Staple cartridge comprises a platform, staples and staple extractors. Platform faces the limit stop. Brackets are located in holes for brackets formed in platform. Staple ejectors are configured to feed staples from staple holes. Each staple ejector from staple extractors has staple ejecting body having upper surface and staple support section. Upper surface of the ejector housing comprises a support portion of the bracket. At least a portion of the staple pushers further comprises a compressible member extending from the staple extractor upper surface to the abutment. Staple cartridge for use with an end effector of a surgical suturing device, wherein the staple cartridge comprises a cassette body, staples, staple extractors and compressible elements. Cassette housing comprises cassette platform. Cassette bodies further have staple holes extending through the cassette platform. Staples are connected to the staple holes. Staple ejectors are connected to staple holes and staples. Each staple ejector comprises a body having a top surface and a staple support portion. Upper surface of the ejector housing comprises a support portion of the bracket. Staple ejectors are configured to move towards the staple cartridge platform from the staple holes. Compressible elements are connected to at least some of staple pushers. Compressible elements are made with possibility of movement with connected stapler pushers.
EFFECT: inventions allow tissue cutting and suturing.
