SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to 6- (pentafluorosulphanyl) benzo [d] thiazole-2-amine of formula (I), 6-(pentafluorosulphanyl)benzo[d][1,3]selenazole-2-amine of formula (V), 6-(trifluoromethyl)benzo[d][1,3]selenazole-2-amine of formula (VI), 6-((trifluoromethyl)thio)benzo[d][1,3]selenazole-2-amine of formula (IX) and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts having the property of blocking glutamate transfer. Invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition and a transdermal patch for blocking glutamate transfer based on compounds of formula (I), (V), (VI), (IX) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
