SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing 2-(8,9,17,18,22,23-hexaoxa-20-azadispiro[6.2.6.7]tricosan-20-yl)acetic acids, which can be used as preparations possessing antimalarial, antitumor and anthelmintic activity. Method of producing 2-(8,9,17,18,22,23-hexaoxa-20-azadispiro[6.2.6.7]tricosan-20-yl)acetic acids (1) is carried out by reacting amino acids (glycine, alanine, leucine) with 8,9,17,18,20,22,23-heptaoxadispiro[6.2.6.7]tricosan in presence of EuCl3·6H2O catalyst, taken in molar ratio amino acid : 8,9,17,18,20,22,23-heptaoxadispiro[6.2.6.7]tricosane : EuCl3·6H2O=10:(10–12):(0.3-0.7) at room temperature (20 °C) and atmospheric pressure for 4–6 hours in tetrahydrofuran.

EFFECT: selective preparation of 2-(8,9,17,18,22,23-hexaoxa-20-azadispiro[6_2_6_7]tricosan-20-yl)acetic acids (1) with output equal to 88–99 %.
