FIELD: rail vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway equipment and can be used for non-contact measurement of wheel pair speed of locomotive for determination of its main kinematic parameters. Proposed rotation angle transducer comprises a disk with markers applied thereon, two eddy current sensors and an eddy current distance correction sensor with the following connections: disk is rigidly fixed on the protruding end of the shaft of the axle box of the railway wheel of the locomotive, on the outer edge of the disk in the area of application of markers there is 21 marker, at distance of 4–5 mm from the external edge of the disk, on the arm there are eddy-current sensors. At that, the markers above the markers zone in the diametrical direction, and the correction sensor outside the marker markers radius zone to one of the markers sensors, all eddy current sensors outputs are connected through the processing circuit to the microcontroller, wherein the disc is marked with 21 markers, the width of each is selected such that is equal to the gap between them, and the gap between the first and second markers is doubled. In a particular case, the disc can be made of dielectric material, the markers can be made of current-conducting material, and the diameter of the disc can be equal to the seat of the mechanical angle sensor in the bush.
EFFECT: engineering problem of the invention is to increase accuracy of measurement of rotation angles and speed at high speeds of locomotive motion up to 500 km/h and higher with simultaneous increase of reliability, and by-pass task is creation of constructive allowing to fit into the seat of mechanical sensor.
