SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Orthokeratology correction is applied in patients with myopia. Orthokeratology contact lens is selected by calculating its parameters. Prior to selection of orthokeratology contact lens and after it of diagnostic examination, including assessment of eye surface state by means of coloring with fluorescein solution. State of the precorneal tear film is evaluated additionally to obtain the initial and subsequent values of tear fluid osmolarity. If the tear fluid osmolarity value exceeds 303, which is the upper limit of the norm, a tear replacement therapy is prescribed for 1 month in the form of instillations of 0.1 % sodium hyaluronate without preserving agents 1 drop 3 times a day.

EFFECT: method enables normalizing the stability of the precorneal tear film, which is the prevention of dry eye syndrome.
