FIELD: fodder production.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in feed production industry of green mass of fodder crops for herbivores – rabbits, goats, rams and cattle. Mobile device for treatment of plant biomass includes a plant for supply of vegetal raw materials, from which vegetal raw material is supplied to a unit for treatment of biomass in a low-salt solution by dipping. Unit for molding and vacuumizing treated green biomass, where treated biomass is subjected to mechanical molding with removal of excess solution from grass surface with subsequent vacuumizing in reinforced polyethylene bag in the absence of pressing herbal juice. Control unit ensures operation of all units of the mobile device for treatment of vegetative biomass.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce fodder with high quality indices, with specific cost lower by 1½ times, energy consumption during production lower by 5 times, with biological activity higher by 40 %.
