SUBSTANCE: disclosed are busbar analysis device (1) and corresponding method, wherein device comprises support frame (2) and image acquisition system (11), intended for obtaining three-dimensional images of tire surface, wherein said image acquisition system is mounted on said support frame and comprises: matrix chamber (12) having optical axis (16), and laser source (20) configured to emit a linear beam having propagation plane (21) and propagation axis (23), wherein acute angle (24), formed between said optical axis and said propagation axis is greater than or equal to 5° and less than or equal to 25°.

EFFECT: reduced triangulation angle provides reduction of overall dimensions of device, which must quickly move around and inside tire and, possibly, simultaneously with other device moving in space around tire itself.
