SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, to an external fixation system of biocompatible composite polymer material for transosseous osteosynthesis and can be used in treating patients in traumatologic-orthopedic, surgical and other hospitals, as well as in military field surgery and medicine of accidents. External fixation system of biocompatible composite polymer material for transosseous osteosynthesis comprises circular flat supports with holes, semi-ring flat supports with holes with different deflection angle, flat sectors with holes, arched holes, vertical threaded and smooth connecting bars, plates with holes, fixing bolts, brackets, fixing nuts, fixing rods and pins, distraction rods, clamps, reposition units, nodal joints, planks, beams, fasteners and bone fixator clamps. Ring flat supports with holes, semi-ring flat supports with holes with different deflection angle, flat sectors with holes, arched holes, vertical threaded and smooth connecting bars, plates with holes, fixation bolts, brackets, fixation nuts, distraction rods, clamps, reposition units, assemblies, bars, beams, fasteners and bone fixator clamps are made of biocompatible composite polymer material based on polyarylene ether ketone, containing as fibrous filler carbon fiber, and as a polyarylene ether ketone base of composite polymer composite material contains polyarylene ether ketone, selected from group polyether ketone, polyether ether ketone, polyetheretherketone ketone or polyetherketone ketone at following quantitative content of components, wt%: carbon fiber 9.5–38.5, polymer base – balance up to 100 %.

EFFECT: invention provides a significant reduction in the weight of the elements of the external fixation structure, increases comfort of the patient using the external fixation structure elements, provides X-ray translucence of external fixation elements used in transosseous osteosynthesis, provides required biological inertness, simple mounting and dismantling in practical use of elements of external fixation, as well as reduce the length of rehabilitation of the patient with a return to the normal lifestyle with simultaneous improvement of the patient's quality of life.
