SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. External fixation system of biocompatible composite polymer material for transosseous osteosynthesis, characterized in that it comprises annular flat supports with holes, semi-ring flat supports with holes with different deflection angle, flat sectors with holes, arcs with holes, vertical threaded and smooth connecting rods, plates with holes, fixation bolts, brackets, fixation nuts, fixing rods and spokes, distraction rods, clamps, reposition assemblies, nodal joints, strips, beams, fasteners and bone retainer clips, annular flat supports with holes, semi-ring flat supports with holes with different deflection angle, flat sectors with holes, arcs with holes, vertical threaded and smooth connecting rods, plates with holes, fixing bolts, brackets, fixation nuts, distraction rods, clamps, reposition units, node connections, strips, beams, fasteners and bone fixator clamps made of biocompatible polyester-based composite polymer containing carbon fiber as fibrous filler. As the base polyester, the composite polymer composite material contains a polyester selected from a group of polyethylene terephthalate and polycarbonate, with the following quantitative content of components, wt%: carbon fiber 9.2-40.8, polyester base - balance up to 100.
EFFECT: invention provides necessary and sufficient biological inertness, ease of mounting and dismantling in practical use of external fixation structure elements, degree of comfort of use by the patient with simultaneous reduction of rehabilitation time of the patient with return to the usual lifestyle, and also provides higher quality of life of the patient.
