SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Wellness orthosis, covering part of user's body without limitation of physical activity of user, comprises at least outer shell enclosed inside outer shell at least one internal segment, at least one tube for injecting fluid medium into orthesis, pump for fluid medium injection, valve in outer shell of brace to discharge fluid from orthesis. At least one inner segment is made of semipermeable material and/or at least one inner segment is made of resilient fluid-impermeable material, fluid medium is injected mainly into internal segment. Injected fluid medium propagates along pressure gradient along inner segment and in contact area of inner segment and outer shell of brace. Method for using the above health-improving brace embracing a part of a user's body without limiting physical activity of a user includes injecting a fluid through the at least one tube into the orthesis, containing at least outer shell with outlet valve and at least one internal segment of semi-permeable material or from elastic material impermeable for fluid medium. Fluid injection is performed under controlled variable pressure.

EFFECT: inventions provide the possibility of providing health-enhancing effect on the user's body by providing variable controlled pressure on parts of the user's body with simultaneous thermoregulatory action, without limiting physical activity of the user.
