SUBSTANCE: battery and an apparatus related to it, a method for its manufacture and a device for its manufacture. The battery contains a battery cell, a temperature control component, a bypass chamber and a collection chamber. The battery cell contains a pressure relief mechanism in which a thermostatic component is installed with the ability to accommodate a fluid for adjusting the temperature of the battery cell, as well as a bypass chamber with a space that allows the pressure relief, wherein the collection chamber is configured to collect emissions from the battery cell when the pressure relief mechanism is actuated. The temperature control component is configured such that the battery cell emissions are able to pass through the temperature control component when the pressure relief mechanism is actuated and then enter the collection chamber through the bypass chamber. In this way, bypass and pressure relief chambers provide pressure relief without spraying or leaking to the outside, without causing contamination of other components or the external environment.
