FIELD: digital circuitry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital circuitry, automation and industrial electronics. In particular, it can be used in units of computer equipment, built on logic elements. Disclosed is a trigger logic element AND, which comprises four transistors, seven resistors and a source of supplying direct voltage. Novelty is that two transistors and four resistors are introduced.
EFFECT: higher loading capacity of trigger logic element AND.
