FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a recombinant polypeptide having insecticidal activity against insect pests of green vegetable bugs and soya aphid. Also disclosed are an insecticidal composition, a recombinant nucleic acid molecule, a host cell, a DNA construct, a vector for producing said polypeptide, an insecticide composition, a transgenic plant, a transgenic seed. Disclosed are methods of controlling a population of an insect pest of a green vegetable bug and/or soya aphid, method of producing said polypeptide, method of plant protection, method of plant yield increase.
EFFECT: invention allows to effectively combat insect pests—green vegetable bugs and soya aphids.
