FIELD: veterinary parasitology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to evaluating a local immune response after chicken eimeriosis vaccination. Method involves assessing the level of secretion of secretory immunoglobulin A (sIgA) in enterocytes and sIgA of the secreting cells in the intestinal mucosa plate in an indirect method of immunohistochemical analysis of frozen material sections using horseradish peroxidase-labeled monoclonal antibodies, with subsequent specific coloring and taking into account results by counting the number of enterocytes with diffuse cytoplasmic or membrane-cytoplasmic staining of red-brown color, intensity of cell color, volume of colored cytoplasm and amount of stained sIgA of secrete cells in intrinsic plate of chick intestinal mucosa with assignment of points from 0 to 3, where 0 points correspond to absence of growth of total pool sIgA in response to vaccine ejmeria, which is expressed in less than 20 % stained enterocytes, cytoplasma of which is colored less than 10 %, and intensity of color is weak; 1 point corresponds to a low level of sIgA secretion in the intestinal mucosa that is expressed in presence of 20–40 % colored enterocytes, the cytoplasm of which is colored by 50–70 %, and the color intensity is moderate; 2 points correspond to the average secretion level sIgA, which is expressed in presence of 40–70 % colored enterocytes, the cytoplasma volume of which is colored by 50–70 %, and the color intensity is average; 3 points correspond to the expressed degree of secretion of sIgA that is expressed in presence of 70–100 % of colored enterocytes, the cytoplasma volume of which is colored 70–100 %, and the color intensity is evident.
EFFECT: invention enables assessing a local immune response in chicken intestines after chicken eimeriosis vaccination.
