SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a dietary diet for relieving symptoms of pancreatic beta-cell damage in a subject. Dietary diet for relieving symptoms of pancreatic beta-cell injury in a subject comprises: a food abstinence diet ration for a first period of time, including five days, wherein on the first day, the diet simulating abstinence from food involves providing individual with 4.5 to 7 kilocalories per pound of body weight of the individual per day and provides less than 28 grams of proteins, less than 30 grams of sugar, 20 to 30 grams of monounsaturated fats, 6 to 10 grams of polyunsaturated fats, less than 12 grams of saturated fat; and for the second to fifth ration days, imitating abstinence from food involves prescription of 3 to 5 kilocalories per pound of body weight of the individual per day and provides less than 18 grams of protein, less than 20 grams of sugar, from 10 to 15 grams of monounsaturated fats, from 3 to 5 grams of polyunsaturated fats, less than 6 grams of saturated fats and from 12 to 25 grams of glycerine a day.

EFFECT: above described solution is aimed at pancreatic and beta-cell regeneration.
