Method comprises: a) identifying a subject having a high level of insulin or glucose; b) administering to a subject a hypocaloric or calorie-free ration or diet abstaining from food (FMD) for 5 days to reduce high levels of insulin or glucose; and c) prescribing on day 6 of products for recovery, which include a mixture of micronutrients.
