FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection of construction objects against snow-covered natural effects. Snow-retaining enclosure is made in the form of plantations, formed by rows, which is oriented parallel to protected objects. In each row of plantations there are two parallel discontinuous soil shafts at distance "c" from each other. Each shaft is made in the form of alternating height-filled "h" and extraction parts of equal length "b" between each other. Bulkhead is triangular cross-section with base with width "d" and side slopes with slope 1:i1.
EFFECT: technical result is providing year-round melt zone in soils in zone of snow-retaining enclosure, made in form of plantations of bushes and trees, in tundra regions.
