FIELD: refrigerating equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cooling equipment, to fish cooling and storage installations. Disclosed is a method for storing dried-jerked and smoked fish in a carbon dioxide medium, which includes storing fish in a refrigerated display rack, note here that designed container with holes accommodating pressed snow-like carbon dioxide is installed into cargo volume of commercially available refrigeration counters.
EFFECT: invention ensures storage of fish so that at supply of heat carbon dioxide begins to sublimate, thus creating gaseous medium in cargo volume of show-window, as a result value of shrinkage with given method of fish storage and realization is reduced.
