FIELD: thermal cured compositions.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition cured under thermal action and can be used for the manufacture of various three-dimensional products based on silicon carbide by extrusion 3D printing, as well as for the manufacture of various coatings. A material based on silicon carbide for 3D printing is proposed, containing a solution of thermoplastic phenol-formaldehyde resin, including 7-10 wt.% of the hardener urotropine in an organic solvent at a mass ratio of 1:1, as a binder and a filler consisting of functional components based on silicon carbide. and carbon, including fibrous. In this case, the filler contains powders of silicon carbide and carbon black, as well as silicon carbide fiber in a mass ratio of 8:1:1. The material contains a binder and filler in the following ratio, wt.%: binder 20-25; filler 75-80.
EFFECT: reduction of the technological cycle for obtaining material for 3D printing, as well as ensuring a stable supply of ceramic paste due to the optimal distribution of particles in the volume of the material and ensuring the required viscosity.
