FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: surgical system for treating tissue from a patient comprises a container comprising: an outer wall surrounding an inner volume for tissue maintenance; and fabric treatment filter. Tube control device used for transfer of liquids, gases and fabric comprises a tube restriction plate, having through holes for tubes; plate for tube stabilization, having through holes for tubes; flow limitation devices arranged on the plate to limit the tubes at the through holes for the tubes; and a multi-position switch. Tubes pass through holes for tubes. Multistage switch is configured to: in a first position to restrict flow in the first subgroup of tubes by means of flow restriction devices for transfer of patient's tissue into the inner volume of the container, in second position—to restrict flow in second subgroup of tubes by means of flow restriction devices to provide tissue treatment in inner volume of container, and in third position, to limit flow in third subgroup of tubes by means of flow restriction devices to ensure transfer of tissue beyond inner volume of container. Disclosed is tube control method and tube control device.
