FIELD: aerosol generating devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an aerosol-generating device and comprising a housing having a camera, an induction coil located around at least a portion of the chamber; a heating compartment for accommodating an aerosol-generating article, wherein the heating compartment is removably inserted into the housing chamber, wherein the heating compartment comprises a cavity configured to receive at least a portion of the aerosol-generating article; wherein the aerosol-generating device additionally comprises a heating element arranged inside the heating compartment cavity, wherein the heating element passes into the cavity in the longitudinal direction of the cavity, wherein the heating element is configured to penetrate into the substrate forming the aerosol contained in the aerosol-generating article and placed in the cavity.

EFFECT: technical result consists in easier access to the heating element and simplified use of the consumable part.
