SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is claimed, including aerosol generating device and system. The aerosol generating device contains a case defining a chamber for accommodating at least part of an aerosol generating product. The device also contains an induction coil at least partially located inside the chamber. The case defines a deepening in the inner surface of the chamber. The induction coil is at least partially located inside the deepening. The device also contains a power supply unit and a controller connected to the induction coil and made with the possibility of supply of alternating electric current to the induction coil. The supply of alternating electric current is performed in such a way that, when used, the induction coil generates an alternating magnetic field for induction heating of an element in the form of a current collector and, thereby, heating of at least part of the aerosol generating product placed inside the induction coil.

EFFECT: improvement of the energy transfer from an inductor to an element in the form of a current collector.
