FIELD: fodder production.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to fodder production, in particular to a method for the production of a protein additive for fodders from sunflower seeds or rapeseed. The method includes following stages: hulling of sunflower seeds or rapeseed to a husk content of < 2.5 wt.%; mechanical partial extraction of oil from hulled sunflower seeds or rapeseed by pressing to a fat or oil content in the range of > 6 and < 25 wt.%; at least one stage of extraction for further extraction of oil with at least one organic solvent or supercritical CO2 to an oil content of less than 3.5 wt.%; final removal of the solvent. Between hulling of sunflower seeds or rapeseed and obtaining a protein additive, at least one protein-denaturing treatment of sunflower seeds or rapeseed is performed.
EFFECT: use of the group of inventions will allow for use of the specified additive, due to its good digestibility, as at least partial replacement of animal proteins in fodders.
