FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to three versions of devices for treating wounds and a method of applying controlled pressure to a certain area of tissue. In the first version, the device comprises a skin-contacting element configured to cover the corresponding tissue area. Skin-contacting element has a skin-contacting side and an interface side that is opposite to the skin-in contacting side. Proposed device comprises reactor to create preset pressure in appropriate area of tissue when actuated. Device comprises a reactor accommodating a member for accommodating a reactor and having a lower attachment side and an upper side, which is opposite to lower side of attachment. Proposed device comprises package including airtight barrier to be selectively removed from package. Reactor is located inside the package, and the selected gas in the air is closed to the reactor until the air-tight barrier is removed from the package. In compliance with second version, device comprises sealing element, intended for sealing the skin-contacting element around the tissue area and an adhesive substance for gluing the skin-contacting element to the tissue area. Adhesive is provided on periphery around sealing element. In the third version, the device comprises a pressure release valve arranged on the reactor containing element. Method includes coating of this tissue area with a skin-contacting element. It comprises stage of attachment to element of reactor containing element in contact with skin. Method comprises removing an airtight barrier from a package containing a reactor for actuating a reactor, to create a given pressure in said tissue area.

EFFECT: technical result is ease of use by the user, invisibility of use and long-term convenient application of local negative pressure.
