SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to organic chemistry and includes a condensed tricyclic compound of formula (I), a stereoisomer, a tautomer, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, a pharmaceutical composition containing it, use and a method of treatment. In formula (I), ring Cy is selected from a group consisting of 5-membered heterocyclyl containing 1–3 heteroatoms selected from a group consisting of N, O and S, and 5-member heteroaryl containing at least one ring atom selected from the group consisting of N, O and S, where 5-member heterocyclyl or 5-member heteroaryl is optionally substituted with one or more of the following groups: amino, hydroxy, =O, halogen, cyano, C1-6alkyl, -C(O)NH2, -C(O)NH(C1-3alkyl), -C(O)N(C1-3alkyl)2, -C(O)O(C1-3alkyl) or C1-6alkoxy, where C1-6alkyl is optionally substituted with one or more groups selected from the group consisting of halogens, amino and hydroxy; ring atoms in the Cy ring include at least one nitrogen atom; L is selected from a group consisting of -N(R6)-, -N(R6)C(O)-, -C(O)N(R6)-, -O-, -S-, -CH2N(R6)C(O)-, -CH2C(O)N(R6)-, -S(O)2NH-, -NHS(O)2- and single bond; n is equal to 1, 2, 3 or 4; E1 is -(CH2)m-, where m is equal to 1, 2 or 3; E2 is selected from a group consisting of -O-, -NH-, -S- and a single bond; each of R3, R4 and R5 is independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen and C1-6alkyl; each R6 is independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and hydroxy.

EFFECT: compound of formula (I) as a dual inhibitor of PDE3/PDE4.
