FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, namely to sensors for measurement of angle of rotation by non-contact method, and can be used in control systems of mobile objects. Magnetoresistive rotation angle sensor comprises a thin-film sensitive element made in the form of two Winston bridges arranged at angle of 45° to each other, arms of which represent meanders of sharpened magnetoresistive strips connected at their ends by conductive bridges, and adjustable resistances. Magnetoresistive strips in all arms of the bridge are parallel to each other and contain Barber poles located at an angle of “plus” 45° relatively long side of strip in two opposite arms of axle and “minus” 45° in two other opposite arms of the bridge.
EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring the turning angle, interference immunity of the sensor and simple process of balancing the sensor.
