SUBSTANCE: invention relates to 2',5'-diarylspiro[indole-3,3'-pyrrolidine]-2(1H)-ones of formula I, where R1 denotes a hydrogen atom, a methyl group or a halogen atom, R2 denotes phenyl, which may comprise from 0 to 3 halogen atoms, a tert-butyl groups or methoxy groups, or electron-enriched heteroaromatic substituent is furanyl, R3 represents phenyl, which may comprise from 0 to 1 halogen atoms, and a process for their preparation.
EFFECT: compounds of formula I possessing antitumoral activity.
