SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular, to a method for producing a multispecific IgG1-type antibody, wherein the amino acid residues at positions 356 and 439 in accordance with the EU numbering at the CH3 sites have a charge sufficient to achieve improved dissociation of the Fc sites and/or control of association thereof by using charge repulsion.
EFFECT: invention is effective in producing therapeutic and preventive agents, including those for treatment of cancer.
