FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention is a composition for producing glucose-6-phosphate, containing a thermoresistive polyphosphate-dependent glucokinase obtained from the genus Anaerolinea, polyphosphate and substrate i) glucose or ii) starch, and enzymes for liquefaction and saccharification, wherein glucokinase has maximum activity at 65–70 °C and has activity of 95 % or more relative to maximum activity in the entire range of 60–80 °C.

EFFECT: novel polyphosphate-dependent glucokinase and a method of producing glucose-6-phosphate using it.
