FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to preform of optical fibre for making optical fibre with multilayer structure, method of producing optical fibre with multilayer structure using preform of optical fibre. Preform comprises a core rod, a thin quartz bushing enveloping the rod of the core, and a first insulating quartz tube which forms a bushing between the core rod and the thin quartz bushing. Preform comprises powder for making optical fibre shell, loaded respectively between core rod and first insulating quartz tube, as well as between the first insulating quartz tube and the thin quartz bushing. Preform of optical fibre additionally comprises tail tube, tail tube comprises tail rod. First tail tube covers the tail rod, the second tail tube covers the first tail tube and the sealing plug located at the end of the tail rod, the first tail tube and the second tail tube. One end of the tail rod is connected to the core rod, and the other end of the tail rod is connected to the sealing plug. Opening at one end of the first tail tube is tightly connected to the insulating quartz tube. Hole on the other end of the first tail tube is tightly connected to the sealing plug. Hole at one end of second tail tube is tightly connected to thin quartz bushing. Hole on the other end of the second tail tube is tightly connected to the sealing plug. Gap between first tail tube, tail rod and sealing plug is interconnected with clearance between rod core and first insulating quartz tube to form first section. Sealing plug is equipped with internal outlet hole. Inner outlet opening communicates with first section. Gap between the second tail tube, the first tail tube and the sealing plug is connected to the gap between the first insulating quartz tube and the thin quartz bushing, forming the second section. Sealing plug is equipped with external outlet hole. Outer outlet is communicated with second section.
EFFECT: technical result is improved characteristics of optical fibre.
