FIELD: automation; electric power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automation and power engineering, in particular to a method of lifting cargo from the ground to an overhead transmission line (OL). Method of load lifting onto rope consists in provision of object located on rope, device for cargo lifting onto rope, containing, at least, two mechanisms for lifting cargo onto rope attached to object by means of flexible element, separation of mechanisms from object from different sides relative to rope, removal of mechanisms, fastening of mechanisms to fixing surface on the ground, further fastening of load to flexible element and adjustment of feed and tension of flexible element for cargo lifting. Device for implementation of the method includes at least two lifting mechanisms of cargo on the rope, which are attached to the object by means of a flexible element.
EFFECT: safe lifting of load onto rope (OL), in particular, diagnostic or other equipment.
